LP Designs LTD is a small UK technical design business focused on CAD, Revit, coordination and CAD-led 3D printing. The business is deliberately lean, practical and suited to defined packages, overflow and out-of-hours support.

Defined scope
Work is quoted around a clear deliverable, revision basis and deadline so both sides know what is included.

Practical communication
Direct, technical communication without unnecessary corporate layers or long chains of internal handover.

Out-of-hours positioning
Evening and weekend capacity is a core part of the offer, particularly for overflow, urgent revisions and prototype work.

Competence boundaries
LP does not claim engineering sign-off, certification or specialist design responsibility outside the agreed competence and scope.

Useful outputs
The objective is a drawing, model or physical part that the client can actually use — not process for its own sake.
Confidentiality
Client work is not used as marketing material by default.
Much of LP Designs' building-services work sits inside live client projects and is treated accordingly. Drawings, models, markups and project information are not published as portfolio material without permission.
Portfolio content will focus on LP-owned demonstration work, custom prototypes and physical parts that can be shown without exposing client information.
